Major Richard Lodge Palmer deceased.

Notice Pursuant to the Trustee Act. 1925.

Any person having any claim against, or an interest in the estate of Richard Lodge Palmer,late of Poplar House, Beyton, near Bury St.Edmunds,in the County of Suffold, a Major (retired) in H.M.Army, who died on the 24th day of June, 1961, is required to send particulars thereof to Messrs Pantridge & Wilson of Guildhall Street, Bury St. Edmonds, Suffolk, the Solicitors acting for the Executor of the above-mentioned deceased, on or before the 30th day of December 1961, after which date the estate will be distributed, having regard only to the claims and interests to which the Executor has had notice.
