To Mssrs Marsha and Co. Norfolk Street, Strand, London.
Exmouth 10th 1803
My Dear Sir,
I have had no one thing to communicate which has caused my silence. I hope Mrs Marsh, my God-daughter and family are well, a few lines from you would give me pleasure. I remain here some time longer, we have had no snow but I think it cold and stormy. How is Mr and Mrs Fauntleroy, I sincerely feel for them, Make my compliments. I cannot write. My book of Churches are just finished and I will thank you to desire the Banking House to send a Book of Checks immediately as I shall direct, and it will be sent with other things which I stand in need of. No specie to be hand. Remember me kindly to Mrs M.and all your family.
