1808

9th January 1806 (1808?)
I have just seen Captain Dillon and he has explained to me why you could not attend to my letter in April last.
I send this to Mr.Clive who has been so obliging as to let me know he is writing to Verdun. I also send the letter from the Transport Board to you and also another to Sir Thomas Lavie which settles the Business, only you will observe you are to deduct the 10 per cent before you draw. I wrote to our friends at Kirkington last Monday of Mr.Clive being about to return and thought they would have sent me a letter for you before this but I conclude they are from home.
One more adieu, William Marsh
Let me hear from you as often as you can.

That is the 6ΒΌ percent to April 1806 and at the 10 percent, only from that period, and also that you may draw Quarterly.
