The death is reported from Sydney of Mr. John Augustus Milbourne Marsh, a well-known stipendiary magistrate in that city. The deceased gentleman was born in Jamaica in 1820,and was the son of Mr.Milbourne Marsh, who was for many years Postmaster-General of Jamaica. His mother was a Miss Grant, a niew of Sir Charles Grant, afterwards created Lord Glenelg, and Mr.Marsh was descended from an old Kentish family.
