An Extraordinary Cure, performed by taking of the Lignorum Anti-Scorbutic Drops.
To Dr.Flugger,
I have a Nephew, a Boy about Ten years of age, who has been afflicted with the King's Evil for about four years in so shocking a manner sa it scarce expressible. In his thigh and leg had had seven or eight holes; his neck appeared like unto a honeycomb; in his cheeks he had seven or eight holes, out of which his spittle ran down his shirt. I tried every thing that could be thought of for relief, in vain. He has been to two of the most eminent hospitals in London; in one of which he was cut in the neck; and after trying their utmost skill, and the patient still growing worse, was then advised to try the said water as the only remedy then left; and if without any benefit, they assured me the child was incurable. - - - In the above condition was the child when I was recommended to try your drops; which, to the surprize of all who knew the child, and to our great comfort, was perfected a cure, and he is now in perfect health, and free from all disorders whatever. - - -

Any person doubtful may be referred to many persons of credit, who have been cured by these Drops of the abovementioned disorders, and be fully convinced that this is no imposition, by applying to Dr.Flugger at No.55 Prescott Street, Goodman's Fields, London, the only Author and Proprietor of these drops where they are sold at 5s. the bottle with directions.

Also by Dr.Flugger's appointment at Mr.Nott's, Bookseller, in Stamford - - - and Mr.Heath's in Nottingham.

Eliz. Timpson, late servant to Mr.Mundy, of Claybroke, in the County of Leicester; upon her oath, saith, that she has been afflicted with a malignant Scorbutic Humour, upwards of twelve years, greatly resembling a leprosy all over her body, from head to foot; in one Thigh, Leg and Foot she had ten holes or ulcers, from which issued a sharp watry matter, and was otherwise in so bad a state of health that her life became a burden to her, the skin peeled off her legs, arms, and great parts of her body, thicker than any parchment, that about three months ago she began taking Pullin's Pills, in taking of which, in about six weeks, she found great benefit particularly in her Constitution and Appetite, and that by continuing them she is perfectly cured; her ulcers and sores are all healed, and she is now quite free from all those disorders.
Eliz. Timpson. - - -
