The Manor or Lordship of Grindon in the County of Stafford, with its Rights, Members, and Appurtenances; and also several Messuages, Farms, Lands, and Hereditaments, in Grindon, aforesaid, containing by Admeasurement 1498 Statue Acres, lying compact within a Ring Fence, and let to sundry Tenants at the clear yearly Rent of XX1153/. - but capable of great Improvement.
In this Estate Copper and Lead Ores have been discovered, and there is the greatest Probability that it contains very valuable Mines of Copper and Lead.
Mr.George Chadwick of Grindon will shew the Premises; and for further Particulars apply to Richard Hill Esquire, at Hales-Hall, near Cheadle; or Messrs Sparrow and Caldwell in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
