Separate print - Thomas Tyrwhitt Esq., F.R.S. - Engraved by James Heath, plate size 13 x 10cm. Undated but a letter from Tyrwhitt to Coucherode of 1 December 1797 suggests that the engraving must have been published that year. The original portrait is said to have been owned by Dr.Shute Barrington, Bishop of Durham.

The Embellishments consist of th Public Edifices, Landscapes, allegorical and historical Scenes, and Portraits of eminent Characters; and are engraved by Ridley, Angus, Medland, Grignion, &c. &c. from Subjects painted by Romney, Opie, Beechey, Northcote, Abbott, Lawrence, Burney, Dayes &c.
No. IV. commencing the Third Volume of a Work which has met with universal admiration, will be published on the First of February, embellished with a Portrait of the celebrated Miss Seward, engraved from Romney's fine Picture painted for the Bishop's Palace at Lichfield.

A fine print of the Dead Sailor by Heath after Wright of Derby, is almost the only print in the room and so superior to the few others, that it was the only one we noticed.

I have just finished four small portraits for Heath's Shakepeare at 60 Guineas.
(Only two of these from MacBeth were actually engraved: the two from Hamlet were not. All the paintings appear to be lost.)
