Historic Anecdotes and Secret Memoirs of the Legislative Union between Great Britain and Ireland (Sir Jonah Barrington) - Seven plates engraved by James Heath after John Crawford and William Hamilton R.A., published by G.Robinson. According to the Quarterly Reivew, Part I. was published in May 1809, priced at 1 guinea. The plates are actually dated '1 Sept.1809.' See also separate entries as later parts and plates appeared dated 1810, 1811 and 1815.

Marmion (Sir Walter Scott) - Engraved by James Heath after Richard Westall R.A. The print re-appears in an 8th edition of 1811. The work also includes an engraving by Charles Heath.

A Collection of Farces (Mrs Inchbald) - Two plates engraved by James Heath after S.de Wilde, published by Hurst, Robinson.
1. - James Kenney - plates size 9 x 7cm - is stated to be engraved form a water-colour drawing.
2. - Vol.VII. The Jew 'Why do you cry.' - seems to have been published by Hurst, Robinson in 1806-8 in addition to 'Plays as Performed at the Theatre Royal' (1800). The print appeared in Mrs.Inchbald's 'British Theatre' 'A New edition' in 1824, which had originally been published by Longman in 1816.

Shaw's Zoological Lectures - 17 plates, various sizes, engraved by James Heath after Shaw, published by G.Kearsley. Of the 52 plates by James Heath in these two volumes, 33 are to be found in Shaw's Zoology (see 1800 to 1806) so that only the remaining 19, all dated '1 October 1808' and illustrating birds or fishes, are listed here, as not having been published previously.

In the Press and will speedily be Published,
Historic Anecdotes and Secret Memoirs of the Union between Great Britain and Ireland: by Sir Jonah Warrington L.L.D. Judge of the High Court of Admiralty, and one of the King's Council at Law (late a Member of the Irish Parliament).
This Work comprises a Memoir of Irish Affairs, during 20 years of the most eventful periods - the Public and Private History of the Union, and the means by which that measure was effected; with the Characters and Portraits of the remarkable persons of their periods.
It is to be printed on the finest Vellum, Royal Quarto, (in parts) one containing eight Engravings to be published every two months, until two Volumes are complete.
The whole to be embellished by above 100 Portraits, Fac-Similes,&c., the Portraits all engraved by Mr.Heath, London, from Originals by Commerford, Hamilton,&c. - The price of each part, one guinea - Proof Impressions, two guineas each.
Messrs Gilbert and Hodges, Booksellers, Dublin, will take down Names for early impressions.

Engraved by James Heath, Historical Engraver to his Majesty, &c., from a Picture by the late - Gardner, of Kendall, in the possession of the Rev. W.G. Judgson.
Proofs One Guinea and a Half. Prints Fifteen Shillings. As this Print is not intended for common sale, only a few Proofs and Impressions will be taken for Mr.Jones's Friends and Admirers.
