1. - Sir Joseph Radcliffe Bart - plate size 50 x 32cm. Described as 'The tribute of public respect and gratitude' (Radcliffe had been involved in putting down a civil disturbance in Yorkshire). The BMPR copy is marked in pencil  'Given me (Balmanno) by Mr.Heath Jan.1814, as the best piece of engraving ever executed by his own hand.' Exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1817.

Exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1813, as Item 737.A similar (perhaps the same) engraving 'from the collection of Lucien Bonaparte' was also exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1814 at Item 475. Select Work of Engravings

In the Series of Twelve Large Engravings to be executed by the principal Artists of the present period, after selected Pictures of the Great Masters, with a view of illustrating the various Schools of Painting; the celebrated Picture of Dead Christ and Maries, by Annibal Caracci, formerly in the Orleans Collection, has been fixed upon as an example of the Bolognese School. 
Mr.Sharp is therefore now engraving this subject upon a scale of 20, by 24 inches, and the Drawing will continue of view for a short time longer, at 39 Sackville Street, together with other fine Drawings from which the Work itself will be executed.

Independent of the Work of large Engravings, it is intended also to publish a smaller Work of Fifteen Engravings, upon the scale of Van Dyke's Book of Heads, illustrative of the Fine Portraits, and Ideal Heads of Rafffeelle, Titian, Giorgione, Velasques, Rubens, Vandyke, Rembrant, Guido, and Domenichino.

The principal Artists to be employed in these Works are, Morghen of Florence; Sharp and Heath of London; Bansse of Germany; Muller of Stutgard; and others, who may be considered as the principal Engravers of the present period, as well in this country as abroad; and both works will be under the direction of William Buchanan Esq.

The Terms of Subscription to the large Work are, Three Guineas for each Engraving; to be paid on delivery. The Terms of Subscription to the Work of Portraits will be Two Guineas for each Number, containing Three Engravings.

The Impressions of the Plates will be delivered to Subscribers according to the priority of their subscriptions, and Gentlemen, not resident in London, wishing to become Subscribers to this Work, will be so good as to send their particular address, and also mention, if they wish their Copies delivered to any person in London, or forwarded to them elsewhere. 

No Subscription can be received for single Engravings, as the complete series of Twelve Large Engravings, and that of the Fifteen Portraits, cannot be broken without an evident injustice to the general Subscribers.

Mr.Yates, at the Gallery, 39 Sackville Street, to whom the Exhibition of the Drawings is entrusted, will receive Subscribers names to both, or either of these Works; and furnish a Prospectus of the same.

Mr.Bannister has just informed me that it is your wish to have a proof of the Death of Lord Nelson. 
Give me leave to assure you I shall esteem it one of the greatest honours of my Life to have any of my Works in your possession. If you will accept it as a small token of my esteem for you as a Man and my admiration of you as a Poet, you will confer a great honour on - your most obedient Servant,

N.B. The Publisher engages to complete the whole of this Cyclopædia in twelve months, or in default thereof to return the money to the Subscribers.

Public Ledger and Daily Advertiser

J.P.Heath of Nottingham, informs the Merchants of England, and Traders in general, that, for the convenience of Sale, he has place his Juniper Essence of Peppermint and other Medicines in the hands of Messrs Shaw and Edwards, 66 St.Paul's Churchyard.

Juniper Essence of Peppermint is so well known as a valuable Family Medicine that the only object of this Advertisement is to guard Purchasers against the numerous Counterfeits which are prepared by Druggists, &c. especially if the order is for exportation.  The only Caution J.P.Heath can give is to see that J.P.Heath Nottingham, is engraved on the Government Stamp - Sold, wholesale and retain, by Shaw and Edwards, 66 St.Paul's Churchyard, in Bottles 2s.9d. and 1s.1½d.
