Mrs Rowe's Letters (Friendship in Death etc.) - Engraved by James Heath, published by J Bennett, Plymouth. The plate is in the style of the 1780's so that the original edition was probably much earlier than 1814, and this may well be only a reprint. As it as published in Plymouth, it was presumably intended for the Plymouth Brethren who were active at the time.

Letter - Richard Brinsley Sheridan, 29 JA (B)iggleswade, Southill, Thursday to James Heath, Russel Place, Fitzroy Square, London
Dear Sir,
I will not disguise that I did take extremely ill the Letter you sent me sometime since - and I was especially hurt that you should have dictated it to the Person who signed it. A name that ought not to have appeared to such a letter addressed to me. I have not received my means from the Theatre or our account should have been settled at the time I hoped - but I am now coming to a settlement with Mr.Whitbread. With respect to your dispute with the committee, I cannot conceive that the difference can continue respecting so small a sum - I will pay £100 myself sooner than it should. I shall be in town on Sunday and be glad to see you.
Yours truly,
R.B.Sheridan

Letter - Richard Brinsley Sheridan to Charles Ward, Secretary at Drury Land Theatre.
...What I particularly resent in Mr.Heath's conduct is his causing a letter to be written to Mr.(?Edward) Bouverie (1760-1825) [husband of actress Arabella Ogle] after I had written to Mr.Heath before the St.Cecilia [portrait of Mrs.Sheridan by Sir Joshua Reynolds] was put in the Exhibition authorising him to consider his lien on that Picture to continue the same as before, and so to this hour it remains - therefore his application to Mr.Bouverie could only proceed from an unworthy determination personally to insult me. I authorise you to pay Mr.Heath £100 in money on my account tomorrow . . .

The Examiner
Illustrations of Lord Byron's Works.
"A completed Set of Plates, illustrative of Lord Byron's works, is in great forwardness, to be engraved by Heath from the original designs of Stothard.' -
This is the announcement attached to Lord Byron's last interesting Poem of Lura, and it has since been repeated in most of the newspapers. Those who have at all watched the progress of the Art of Engraving in this country know very well that there are two Artists of the name of Heath, father and son, both able men, though certainly, as far as we have seen, Mr. Charles Heath has not yet produced any works equal to the best of Mr.James Heath. -
We, last week, on the strength of the above announcement of Mr.Murray, informed our readers that a Set of Prints, from the graver of the elder Heath, were about to appear; but we are now informed that we were altogether wrong, for that Gentleman has not only nothing whatever to do with them, but the even Mr. C.Heath will not engrave more than one-fourth of the set, if so many.
Now as Mr.Murray puts forth the name of Heath without any addition to it, one naturally supposed that the father and not the son was the person alluded to; and as no other Engraver was mentioned, it was of course concluded that he alone would execute the plates.
So far from being the case, we learn that the designs of Mr.Stothard are at this moment in the hands of various Artists. Is this fair dealing on the part of the Publisher,or is it one of the little tricks of his trade?
We mention these things, without any idea that the forthcoming Prints will be at all the worse for being executed by different hands: on the contrary, we rather think that they will be improved, if a judicious selection of Artists be made; but such a tricking use of eminent names has of late been made by several contemptible booksellers, that it deserves public notice and reprehension.
Heath is a deservedly celebrated name: but if Mr.Murray imagines that it obscures all other names, he is in a great error; and for the benefit of all other booksellers, who may have occasion to publish prints, and who possess little or no taste in the Art, we subjoin the names of several of those Gentlemen whose powers of engraving are of the first order:-
In the Line Manner - Armstong, Bromley, Cooke, Engleheart, Finden, Fittler, Godling, Heath, Holloway, Landseer, Middimen, Milton, Noble, Pye, Raimbach, Rhodes, Scott, Smith, Warren.
